This policy describes how Mania and Beyond (Pty) Ltd ("Gaming Mania") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from gamingmania.adibmarketing.co.za, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

1. What we collect

When you visit, we automatically collect information about your device, including your browser, IP address, time zone and some cookies, plus the pages and products you view, how you found us and how you use the site. We collect it with cookies, log files and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the Facebook (Meta) Pixel.

Order information. When you buy or try to buy, we collect your name, billing and delivery address, payment details (processed by our payment provider), email address and phone number.

Enquiries and trade-ins. When you contact us, ask for a stock alert or send a console for an offer, we collect the details and photos you give us.

2. How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders, take payment and send invoices and confirmations.
• To communicate with you, including WhatsApp updates you ask for.
• To screen orders for risk and fraud.
• With your consent, to tell you about products and offers (you can opt out at any time).
• To understand and improve the website.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the store: our courier (The Courier Guy), payment providers, hosting, email and analytics providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information where the law requires it.

4. Cookies and advertising

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised ads through Google and Meta ad settings. Some parts of the store, such as the cart, need cookies to work.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally five years). Enquiries, alerts and trade-in photos are deleted once they are no longer needed.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on this website.

7. Your rights

8. Minors

The site is not intended for children under 18 to buy from without a parent or guardian.
