These terms apply to every purchase on gamingmania.adibmarketing.co.za, operated by Mania and Beyond (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products and descriptions
We describe products, including their condition grade, as accurately as we can. Pre-owned items may show signs of use consistent with their grade. Photos of single pre-owned units show the actual unit where possible; other photos are for illustration.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown separately at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if that affects your order we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
3. Orders and stock
Many pre-owned items are single units. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If an item is no longer available we will refund you in full.

5. Returns, warranty and refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which does not limit your statutory rights. Returns policy
6. Selling to us
Offers for consoles you sell or trade in are based on the information and photos you provide and are confirmed only after we have tested the unit in person. You confirm that you own the item and are entitled to sell it; we may ask for ID and proof of purchase.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products bought on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them from time to time; the version on the site when you order applies to that order.
