Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Mania and Beyond (Pty) Ltd, trading as Gaming Mania, delivers orders placed on this website.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Deliveries are performed by The Courier Guy.

2. Delivery cost

• Orders over R4,999 are delivered free of charge.
• Orders under R4,999 carry a courier fee of R150.
• The delivery cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery times

Orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 5 working days once payment has been confirmed. Outlying areas may take longer. Pre-owned units are tested and filmed before dispatch, and the video is sent to you.

4. On delivery

You may be required to provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered. Please check the parcel for visible damage before signing, and tell us within 24 hours if anything arrived damaged or missing.

5. Incorrect details

Mania and Beyond (Pty) Ltd is not liable for an incorrect order or delivery where you make an error in the information you provide, for example an incorrect delivery address or an incorrect order. Re-delivery costs in that case are for your account.

6. Delays

Delivery may be affected by events beyond our control, such as adverse weather or industrial action. Mania and Beyond (Pty) Ltd is not liable for late deliveries but will do everything reasonable to ensure a smooth delivery and keep you updated.

7. Collection

We are an online store. Collection may be arranged in the Centurion area by prior agreement; WhatsApp us before you order.
