Orders & delivery
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in South Africa. The Courier Guy delivers our parcels to your door in 2 to 5 working days.
How much is delivery?
Orders over R4,999 ship free. Orders under R4,999 carry a courier fee of R150. The cart shows how close you are to free delivery.
Can I collect instead?
We are an online store, but collection can sometimes be arranged in the Centurion area. WhatsApp us before you order.
Do I need ID when my parcel arrives?
The courier may ask for a valid form of identification on delivery, so keep it handy.
How do I pay?
Pay securely at checkout by card, EFT or HelloPay. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
Pre-owned stock
Is pre-owned stock tested?
Yes. Every unit is tested before collection or dispatch and we send you a video of your actual unit working.
What do Mint, Good and Fair mean?
Mint looks and works like new. Good has light signs of use. Fair shows visible wear but works perfectly. See the Condition guide for details.
Is there a warranty?
Brand new units carry the standard factory warranty. Pre-owned units have a 3-day cooling-off period.
Are the photos of the actual unit?
For pre-owned consoles and laptops, yes: most single units are photographed as they are. Ask on WhatsApp if you want more angles.
Returns
What if something is wrong with my unit?
Contact us within the 3-day cooling-off period. You may return the unit; a handling fee based on the cost of repair may apply, and the return shipping is for your account.
How do I start a return?
WhatsApp or email us with your order number and a short description or video of the fault. We will guide you from there.
Selling & trade-ins
Do you buy consoles?
Yes, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo consoles, controllers and some laptops. Use the Sell your console form or WhatsApp us photos.
How fast will I get an offer?
Usually within one working day, on WhatsApp. There is no obligation to accept.
Can I trade in towards something?
Yes. Choose "Trade in towards something" in the form and tell us what you are after.
